CargoMov — a Relocation Masters Ltd logistics platform.
Using CargoMov
Provide accurate account, contact and cargo information, keep your account credentials secure, and use CargoMov lawfully. Do not post prohibited or unsafe cargo. CargoMov may review accounts, documents, jobs and offers before allowing marketplace access.
Bookings and offers
Tell us the correct vehicle, cargo, weight, route, contacts and schedule. A posted request is not a confirmed delivery until an offer is accepted and the booking is confirmed. Driver offers for a round trip cover both agreed legs. Review any revised fee before accepting a booking change.
Prices and payment
Review the displayed delivery fare, waiting fee, insurance and checkout total before confirming. An accepted driver offer replaces the delivery estimate; insurance is shown separately. Pay using the options available to your account. Cheques and other manually reviewed payments remain pending until Finance confirms them.
Delivery and insurance
Make cargo ready for pickup and provide someone authorised to receive it. Tell us promptly about delays, incidents or missing goods. Requested insurance is subject to approval and payment; selecting insurance is not itself confirmation of coverage. Applicable coverage details must be reviewed before relying on them.
Cancellation, refunds and disputes
The cancellation quote shown before confirmation determines any cancellation charge. After pickup, contact support rather than attempting to cancel in the app. Refunds require review and verified processing. Contact support with your booking or payment reference if you disagree with a charge or delivery outcome.
Privacy and account deletion
Our Privacy Policy explains account, document, payment and location data use. You can request deletion in the apps or through our account-deletion page. Necessary delivery, accounting and dispute records may be retained; deleting an account does not erase outstanding obligations.
