Aboboyaa Boxed: Fully Electric Small-Cargo Delivery Launching Soon in Ghana

Aboboyaa Boxed is a compact three-wheeled delivery vehicle with an enclosed rear cargo compartment. CargoMov is preparing the category for customers who need more carrying room than a motorbike without automatically moving up to a van or pickup.

The boxed body helps separate properly packed goods from rain, dust and normal road exposure. It is intended for loads that fit within the vehicle’s confirmed size and weight limits.

Aboboyaa Boxed is powered entirely by electricity. It uses a battery and electric motor rather than a petrol or diesel engine, making it suitable for planned urban routes where charging and working range can be managed responsibly.

CargoMov will confirm operating specifications, supported service areas and availability at launch. Range will still depend on cargo weight, traffic, road conditions, gradients, temperature and battery condition.

The category is designed for everyday logistics such as shop replenishment, e-commerce orders, documents packed in bulk, sealed cartons, household essentials, small appliances, pharmacy stock that does not require temperature control and other compact business supplies.

It can support scheduled delivery rounds and short last-mile jobs where the cargo is too large for a motorbike but remains within the Aboboyaa Boxed payload and internal dimensions.

Aboboyaa Boxed can be requested for properly sealed restaurant orders, bakery products, packaged groceries, beverages and other food-delivery loads that do not require a refrigerated vehicle. The enclosed compartment gives businesses a dedicated space for organising packed orders.

Food must be prepared and packaged according to the merchant’s hygiene, temperature and handling requirements. Chilled, frozen or temperature-controlled products should use an approved refrigerated category instead.

Customers can use Aboboyaa Boxed for many forms of small-cargo delivery, including retail stock, gifts, event materials, packaged household items and local business transfers. The sender must provide accurate dimensions, total weight, item count and any special handling needs.

Oversized, very heavy, temperature-sensitive or unusually fragile cargo may require a van, pickup, refrigerated vehicle or truck. CargoMov and the assigned driver must confirm that the selected category is suitable before movement begins.

After launch, customers will choose Aboboyaa Boxed from the shared Vehicle Categories list in the CargoMov customer, business and Agent apps or on the CargoMov web platform.

Enter the Google-verified pickup and drop-off locations, describe the cargo, provide its measurements and weight, select Aboboyaa Boxed and submit the delivery request. Available approved drivers can then respond according to the normal CargoMov booking workflow.

Aboboyaa Boxed is not yet a live CargoMov vehicle category. CargoMov will announce its Ghana launch after vehicles, drivers, pricing, service areas, charging arrangements and operational checks are ready.

Until the launch is confirmed, customers should select another active vehicle category that safely matches the cargo. The CargoMov apps and website will show Aboboyaa Boxed when booking becomes available.
